BEST OF FRENCH CORPORATE / GROUP TASTING EVENTS
Are you a business, membership group, local charity, a town committee twinned with a French region, a wine tasting society, food tasting group, cultural organisation or other event organiser? Bon appetit! Best of French can come to you and your guests - through our unique Best of French Corporate and Group Tasting Events!
Available in the Greater Belfast area (25 mile radius) of Northern Ireland until further notice, we can organise with you a Best of French product tasting evening - which brings to your organisation the passion we share for French culture, cuisine and well being.
If, for commercial or cultural reasons, you're wishing to find out more about what makes France, French products and culture so inviting and so irresistible, we can come to your event and provide a tailored, sumptuous, entertaining service that will exceed the expectations of you and your guests.
Please consult our website and concentrate if you wish on a particular range or provincial region that interests you, or simply leave the detail to us. Best of French will bring the best of our products and knowledge, personally guaranteed, to your special evening.
Options to suit your event
Best of French offers three event options that can be adapted to meet your particular needs:
- Best of French Food Tasting and well being event - includes a personal presentation, product tasting and information on your selection of our food products, including if required our well being, beauty products and advice. Duration one and a half hours and may be bespoke or one element of your wider event. Service available for £60 excluding products purchased or ordered at your special evening.
- Best of French Food, Wine and well being event- includes a personal presentation, product tasting and information on your selection of our food products, including if required our well being, beauty products and advice. Complemented by a specially selected, exquisite French wine range personally recommended and supplied by James Nicholson Wines of Crossgar, voted Regional Wine Merchant of the Year (for the 15th time!) in 2007. Duration one and a half hours and may be one element of your wider event or on its own. Service available for £80 excluding products purchased or ordered at your special evening (you may need to provide a wine licence for your venue).
- Best of French Cultural and Culinary event - all of the elements provided in our two options above, plus our wonderful Best of French "My France through the looking glass" presentation, offering your guests a unique, visual insight into the diverse qualities of the French way of life, across the many regions from which Best of French products are derived. Duration two hours, available for £100 excluding product purchasing or ordering at your special evening.
You and your guests will also have the opportunity to purchase products during the evening, as we will have a range of items on view. So you don't have to wait for the postman to enjoy the gastronomic and cultural secrets of France!
Contract and Refunds
Best of French will provide a service contract and guarantee for your event, for your peace of mind and as testimony to the unique qualities our service will provide. Payment will be required in advance and with this in mind, we will also apply the following refunds policy:
- - Cancellation more than two weeks before your event: 100% refund
- - Cancellation more than one week and less than two weeks - 75% refund
- - Cancellation less than one week and more than 48 hours before - 50% refund
- - Cancellation less than 48 hours before - no refund available
